I think i seen his friends defend him in the worst possible manner ever.
They were saying he didn't want to open one to check if they were genuine as it will then make it an opened product & unable to sell it.

I am sorry but what!
If you are wholeselling from china you should always take one out of each batch and ensure its authentic! I bet the big lads like fogstar, torchy, 18650 are all doing that!
If that his policy on chargers i dread to think what it like when it comes to cells.

There reason why we go to trusted well estiblished companies because they will take them out and test them to ensure their customers are safe!

Not sure trading standards will be much help - they are very busy making sure 2mm tanks at B&M 's don't hold 2.1mm
