Sounds like overkill but they could do with being audited before someone's house burns down. Worst case scenario is they will be slightly inconvenienced and they seem to believe they've nothing to worry about so it will put this to bed.
Far better than a life lost.

This thread isn't going anywhere mate. Thinking about what else we can do to highlight the problem to others who may have bought the fake chargers as NDB seem to be doing so all about it for the people who have complained about them so the chances of them back checking who they sold chargers to seems low.

Thank you, still haven't got a reply of him, so now will just wait for the credit card to do the work, it's not even about the money anymore, it's about principal, he's had the goods back and can't even be arsed refunding me.

Can you check whether a refund has been issued? You may need to check with your c.card co to see if anything is pending.

NDB have advised refunds have been issued to two people.

He has reported my trust pilot review saying i have never purchased of him to try and get trust pilot to remove the review, so on that note i would say he has no intention of refunding me.
