Actually think he has been helping himself and clearly no one else. I don't get why we can arrest people for petty crimes and let someone like this continue to piss about with people's safety. It's the same attitude with Grenfell, unsafe decisions made to profit someone

Can we start a WARNING nitecore charger fake' s. With this cautionary tale attached (dont even have to mention ndb) Thread so that anyone who is searching for a charger via Google may see it first and take note of what a genuine looks like. If it stops one person from potential buying one it's got to worth a go.

The really annoying thing is these shouldn't even be in the UK, we have authorised UK distribution of genuine Nitecore products .... which these clearly have not come from.

This kind of thing must be really damaging to Nitecore too.

Good point bud. I will shoot an email (yes I'm mixing in again, will I ever learn). I'm sure a few others already have so it may push them to put out a safety advert.
I really have no issue with next day. I would never use them as we have ben. But if this was a mistake they need to take it more seriously. I do worry about some poor bugger who has gone out of the way to find a reliable charger and end up with this.

these fakes really worry me, someone who is just starting out or don't know any better is going to end up hurt or worse (and maybe not just them)
I will also fire a quick email over and hope this will get them into action

Oh it's no mistake - His actions since this was pointed out say that he knows exactly whats going on, refusing to admit responsibility first, then once photos popped upon here he asked for it returning and then said it hadn't been returned, posting on facebook that his company was under attack, then once evidence that he was telling porkies stacked up on there he deleted the post and stopped further post being made. Plus at least two documented attempts to bribe people into changing 1 star trustpilot reviews to 4 or 5 star reviews...
Everything points to an unscrupulous vendor doing everything he can to profit at others expense...

I’ve no desire to start any sort of vendor war, but when NDB first appeared with a copy and paste website utilising other people’s hard work rather than do their own, then I think this was a good indicator of the mentality of the business owner.

You don’t fuck with safety do you really? Appalling conduct in my opinion and he doesn’t deserve to be in business.
