I seriously doubt he's gonna sort anyone out that's had a fake charger [emoji22] telling folk to destroy them is that so trading standards don't get hold of them

NAIL on the head... thats excatly why his email that went out is terrible, Not even been proof read so it gave me a headache, To make it worst does it mention anything about replacement or refund? Nope, Which tells me he going to brush this under a carpet & NDB will most likely disappear in the next few weeks.

I can also vouch for @Ben fogstar I got a couple 18650s from fogstar a few weeks ago, and then ordered 4 20700s and an xtar rocket charger on Friday night, got an email Saturday morning saying my ordered has been dispatched (I thought great it'll more than likely be sent on Monday morning) nope, the post man's just been and there it was, 4 cells and a charger. Absolutely spot on service

Surely if everyone destroys them, then they have nothing to send back to prove that theirs was a counterfeit one? So how would a customer then claim a refund. Or is the plan to just refund ALL i4 sales back to July? In which case, that's almost like admitting that they could all have been counterfeit?

Likewise, were these just available to consumers or where they being sold wholesale as well? We supply a huge number of companies/vape stores in the UK with our Nitecore and XTAR range. Has anyone seen evidence of a recall from stores being issued?

What really worries me is, there's gonna be folk like me that charge their batteries overnight, I know we shouldn't and its advised against but people do myself included (although my chargers in my shed)
These fake chargers are surely gonna be dangerous enough without being left unattended, what happens when they have finished charging? Will they overcharge etc, its bloody terrifying [emoji22]
I just really hope everyone gets to see all the messages before they use/ carry on using these pieces of crap NDB have sent out

I did have a bit of a ding dong with @The Vaping Postman during the week but credit where it's due and his description of the owner of @Next Day Batteries would appear to be perfect In light of all of this, I'll be subscribing and looking forward to some more of thr straight talking as seen in the video

"inadequate" "sub standard" ... Just in case it's not clear to anyone, these chargers are cheap dangerous fake products.
