Guy's he says he's refunded me now, not in my account yet but will keep checking, at least he's being a bit more pro active now and dealing with the issue, just wished it was a bit earlier.

When a refund is issued through PayPal, you will get a PayPal email to let you know a refund has been made but it does usually take at least 3 days for the funds to make it. But you will get notification the moment the refund process is started

Yeah, he should be able to process the refund back to the card that paid it. Not so easy to know if he's actually initiated it though.
