True! At 230k turnover, you cant use the flat rate scheme anymore and have to go on the 20% scheme. You can no longer survive on being cheap. Unless you open a new company

long time lurker, felt I needed to finally sign up and say thank you. I had seen adverts all over Facebook and considered several times buying some new batteries and a new charger from ndb. wouldn't touch that dodgy cunt with a barge pole.

Hats off to fogstar and 18650 for standing up and helping people out when that cuntnugget couldn't be man enough to admit he got caught.

I was alerted to this thread when someone shared tvp's video on a group on Facebook.

This is beyond good customer service. Yourself and 18650 are an asset to the vaping community.

He uses the same platform as me, he only has the option to refund via the payment method used. It should send an email immediately after this has been done notifying you of the refund unless he turned this off which I cant see why he would.....or unless he hasnt refunded you.

@AmyGX & @Adrian1976 if the refund doesnt arrive - dont waste anymore time on him. Ill take the charger and send you a replacement, even if its not an i4.
