I usually don't get involved in anything. I keep myself to myself and fight my battles by offering the best service I possibly can. I never throw personal insults and i'd help any vendor if I could. But what annoys me most about this, is he was willing to offload these chargers onto me (I obviously declined). And if he knew (not saying he did) that they were fake at the time - that's some totally underhanded shit. You don't run a business like this, you respect each other as me and
@18650UK do.

Then after this, to have the nerve - to ask me for help - to get you out of this shit storm you've caused.

The right thing? You had your chance to do the right thing. And now you've pissed me off.
For transparency, young
@Ben fogstar and I chat quite a bit. Simply because as a customer of his I got to know the guy and quite like him, so yeah we talk.
Consequently I was aware of the above, and without any privacy violations other ‘issues’ also.
Basically he was extended an olive branch from Ben, even after having first popped on the scene he had copy and pasted Ben’s website. Ben offered advice at every turn. Says a lot for both characters that right there does.
He then proceeded to repeatedly ask for assistance over a period of months and drag Ben, and most likely others, into his corner cutting ways of making a quick buck.
I ain’t gonna divulge anything else but suffice to say way, way before all this exploded young Joshua Malone’s business and safety practices were under serious scrutiny.
This guy, in my opinion, doesn’t deserve to be in business in any sense of the word. His customer service skills are abysmal and his business ethics are questionable. Not just with one business but with 3 (vaping related).
But when a massive part of your business is safety, and cutting corners is toward the top of your priority list, there’s simply one thing you should do.
You should stop. With immediate effect.
You don’t ever, ever see Fogstar, 18650, Ecolux et al get caught up in safety scares. Why? Because they care. About both the longevity of the businesses that they’ve built up and their reputations. And between the three of them there’s more than enough choice to go around.
So do the decent thing Joshua Malone/Next Day Batteries, Stop where you are and cease to exist. Our world will be better without you.
N.B- I’m STILL waiting for my invitation [emoji6]
