The whole Facebook thing bothers me. I would never buy from a business that has perfect reviews everywhere.

If I go on trip advisor to look at a hotel or restaurant and see all wonderful reviews, I immediately get suspicious. No business can please everyone all the time.

Just illustrates the fact that rather than deleting negative posts, a reply, dealing with the issues, would be far more realistic and likely to reassure me.

I don't get how he can delete them. I tried deleting a comment someone made on a post on my timeline the other week and FB kindly notified me that since the post was public it was tough shit. So how can he delete them since they're also public posts?

I think it might be the case that it’s different if you have an organisation facebook page as opposed to a personal facebook account, though.

if it is a group page he set up then hes admin so he can delete them.

Guy's i just want to say josh has now refunded me, he does seem to being a bit more pro active about the situation, i know it's not fully correct, and this and that should be done, i do think if he reacted a bit sooner it would possibly have been less of an issue for him, i still think he should post a notice on his website, it's going to hurt his business posting an official recall on his site but he will get credit for doing that, does that make sense or am i just waffling lol

I'd like to thank everyone who's helped me along the way, it feels like it went on forever!

P.s @The Vaping Postman does that coilmaster elfy rta leak? Lol I've got a coppervape skyline and it leaks from the bottom above the air control lol, i don't think I've owned a tank that didn't leak lol.

Try switching the o ring at the bottom of the glass on your skyline, it should fix it. It shouldn’t leak there but might do if that o ring is faulty.

eta: I don’t think this Josh character can do anything’s by to salvage his reputation or sort things out, he’s proved himself to be a total self-serviing nasty cunt from what I’ve read on this thread.
