Fake Charger

Apparently it's all been sorted. No more problems. Everyone's sorted. Everyone's happy. Nothing to see here, move along. "Happy days".

Yeah, right! Talk about delusional. Still nothing posted on his website warning returning customers who don't visit NDB's FB page that they may have dangerous chargers in their homes!

FB post....

"Next Day Batteries Thanks for all the support guys, wrongs have been corrected, the quest to market dominance continues, once again we apologise sincerely for those affected, replacements have been sent, happy days!"

Guy's got a screw loose if you ask me. Still deleting FB posts he doesn't like to avoid answering difficult questions.

He should still be reported to trading standards for being a tool. His quest for dominance wont happen with his current business attitude towards customers. He should take a lesson from 18650 & Fogstar in how to treat customers and have a good business attitude.

Until his notice is posted on his website he hasn't even come close to resolving this issue in a satisfactory manner. I dread to think how many customers he has sold dodgy, down right dangerous chargers to that never visit Next Day Batteries' FaceBook page.

I have posted on their page being sarcastic and saying their dominance is close with their great attitude towards customers. It appears to have been deleted and I am also blocked from making comments. lol

I posted on there earlier today, very politely, asking why he hadn't posted his notice on his NDB website to warn any repeat customers who have never visited his facebook page but may have bought a counterfeit charger from him and could still be at serious risk of harm or even death. He deleted my post also. It proves that he is not serious about resolving this issue and he is still only reacting and not acting. Anybody who knows what's going on and complains gets a replacement. Anybody in the dark, fuck 'em!

And until he posts that notice on his website I will continue posting in this thread until it features top of the google search page right under Next Day Batteries!

The whole Facebook thing bothers me. I would never buy from a business that has perfect reviews everywhere.

If I go on trip advisor to look at a hotel or restaurant and see all wonderful reviews, I immediately get suspicious. No business can please everyone all the time.

Just illustrates the fact that rather than deleting negative posts, a reply, dealing with the issues, would be far more realistic and likely to reassure me.

I have a feeling trading standards will be involved, the fake chargers will find their way to trading standards and hopefully NDB will be shut down and the owner will not be allowed to operate a business at least for some time, The inland revenue may also be on his back if they notice he closed a company and reopened a similar co with a different name to avoid paying the correct VAT

Agreed. You just know that a company that has only positive reviews is either deleting the negative ones or has its employees writing the nice reviews. Makes me mad.

I hope they do get involved.
