As I have said I have messaged all our customers who have purchased i4 chargers since July with instructions on how to check their chargers.Going by your figures (30 in 600) of fakes, that means that if that's 120 orders of chargers 6 fakes would have potentially left your 'warehouse' a day for the past 6 months?
Considering there's not been a single case of your chargers being genuine, I'd say there's a high likelihood that there's a lot more out there.
Why have you not got the balls to issue the statement on your homepage?

You have been shown to be trying to clear bad comments about your services from Trust Pilot.
You have been shown to have been knowingly selling fake chargers, months after you were initially told about it.
As a business specialising in selling chargers and batteries you should know your shit and you should have been working to keep your customers safe, not putting them in danger and calling them liars when you got caught out.

All I can do is apologise mate, I know I've handled things terribley and I'm accepting the consequences, this won't happen again, everYou have handled the whole thing shockingly bad. July this should of been dealt with, you should of checked EVERY SINGLE CHARGER you had in stock back then. If i was running a business that would of been the first thing i did. Alas you did not though, so here we are now, you should of dealt with every single complaint instantly and without hesitation and looked after every paying customer who bought a deathtrap charger...again you did not. You should of been on every single vape group, many of whom you have tried sponsoring at some point and publicly apologised with humility...you didn't do that either...instead you call paying customers wankers and sad bastards and tell us all how great business is and it's not affected you in the slightest. Had one of these chargers gone up you would be going to prison my friend, that's how serious this shit is.
Being blase now and feeling sorry for yourself just does not cut it i'm afraid, these apes see right through it as will many others. In a weeks time you probably won'y give two fucks about all this and laugh it off like the arrogant kid you are, remember telling paying customers about your big house and fancy car josh?
