In all honesty no, our sales haven't dipped much maybe by £50 a day, were still well over the 120 orders a day mark but that's besides the point, if this is how your all going to react after I've apologised then I truly don't know what else to do, I'm trying my best here to sort things out, we have emailed all purchasers of nitecore i4 chargers in the past 4 months that haven't already made a complaint with instructions on how to check and how to get in touch for a replacement, is all this hate really necessary? Everything I said in my previous post was the truth.

Man up, stop feeling sorry for yourself, stop protecting your bank balance and deal with your customers Fogstar and 18650 properly. Show you are class not crass and wipe your eyes

Post a prominent warning to customers on your site now. Refund or replace any fakes. What happens to your business from there on in is your own business.

Going by your figures (30 in 600) of fakes, that means that if that's 120 orders of chargers 6 fakes would have potentially left your 'warehouse' a day for the past 6 months?

Considering there's not been a single case of your chargers being genuine, I'd say there's a high likelihood that there's a lot more out there.

Why have you not got the balls to issue the statement on your homepage?

What else does that 'supplier' supply you with? To be frank, I genuinely believe you picked up an entire batch of fakes.

Take a photo of the destroyed fakes preferably with a hefty supply of genuine products nearby and I'll consider taking back what I said.

I'm sorry but how am I feeling sorry for my self? How can I man up? I've apologised for everything, don't you think I know how serious this is? None of what I have said in my last 2 posts has been crap, it's all the truth, why are you all been so harsh? I've come clean apologised, emailed all our customers, replaced all the chargers, what else can I do to put this right?
 
Good evening guys, I hope you take the time to read this message and actually hear what I have to say, I want to truly apologise for this whole situation, I am so sorry for everyone who purchased a fake charger from our site, I honestly hand on heart did not know, these chargers were in our normal charger order and truthfully I did not realise, we had one complaint back in July when someone brought the plug to our attention, right away we checked a few of our i4 chargers and they all had fused plugs so we thought it was a one off and continued our business, as soon as I heard about any of this, this time around I checked every single charger we had in our stockroom, we had over 600 i4 chargers a further 30 proved to be fakes, these have been destroyed and we have changed supplier, and we will thoroughly check every single product we ever receive before shipping, this was a sneaky trick and our supplier has been doing it for a while and we simply never noticed because of the low amount of fakes that were included in our orders, I hold my hands up in the air and admit that I am also to blame for not checking every single charger when the first defective unit came to our attention in July, I would also like to sincerely apologise about the way I have handled the whole situation, I was hot headed and selfish and damn right rude to a lot of people, instead of correcting the problem I made it worse, I'm so so sorry for handling everything so badly I promise you that nothing like this will ever happen again, I've learnt my lesson and I will move forward and try to rebuild with better knowledge and morals, lastly I would like to apologise for the racist comment of mine that is floating around the internet, that was completely disgusting of me and out of order, it was a drunken comment that has come back to bite me in the arse every time someone mentions my name, I do not stand by these views or believe them, what I wrong was wrong on every level and I would like to apologise personally to everyone I may have offended, I have a lot of Muslim friends I am not a racist, just an idiot after a few too many beers, we will continue to replace any fake chargers that we have sold, a lot of replacements have already arrived with customers who are happy that the problem has been resolved, if you or anyone you know is due a replacement then please message me on our company Facebook page, I'm truly sorry guys for everything, I've fucked up and although you most likely won't grace me with your forgiveness I ask you to dig deep and forgive this idiot of a man who ran from his problems and hated on those who were trying to help others, one thing that got my back up is when people tried hacking the site and messaged my girlfriend, I know I'm not in the place to say it but that's way over the line and that's what pretty much tipped me over the edge, if you have made it this far I thankyou, it's taken a lot of bollocks to write this, and this message is way overdue, thanks guys and once again I am sincerely sorry for everything.

You have been shown to be trying to clear bad comments about your services from Trust Pilot.

You have been shown to have been knowingly selling fake chargers, months after you were initially told about it.

As a business specialising in selling chargers and batteries you should know your shit and you should have been working to keep your customers safe, not putting them in danger and calling them liars when you got caught out.

You regret appears fake to me and to many others reading this thread as well I am sure.
