So explain how you think that asking Trust Pilot to remove customer posts about the fake chargers is you admitting that you were wrong and you are sorry for what happened? I don't see how anyone can trust you or your company since we have seen how you like to try and cover things up like this rather than dealing professionally with them.

If an actually customer left a review of an i4 Charger I wouldn't be able to report it as it would have a reference number with their order number, I have been slammed by people saying that we sell fakes on reviews when they have never purchased from us...

I think you're talking utter shite. Not one charger you've sold has turned out to be legit.

Our cells come from a different supplier and are genuine, always have been, always will be mate, also if you check with the people who have been sent replacements they are authentic.

I'm sorry but how am I feeling sorry for my self? How can I man up? I've apologised for everything, don't you think I know how serious this is? None of what I have said in my last 2 posts has been crap, it's all the truth, why are you all been so harsh? They is no way in the one day you have decided to deal with this that you have spoken to every customer you sold one too and had a reply and shipped orders your work is not done and if you think it is your either telling more lies or your a stone cold idiot who should not be anywhere this industry so I'll ask you again what you still doing here?

The replacements may well be. But not for a minute do I believe that you weren't aware that you were shifting fakes. My opinion won't change.

@Next Day Batteries I stand corrected on Battery Wizard. Still doesn't explain why you tried to palm possible fake chargers onto well respected vendors. Was it so that you could then call them out for selling them & bad mouth them as much as you have over the last 10 days. As you have blamed every man & his dog for your fuck up nothing would surprise me.

I wear size 13 boots. Normally 12, but sometimes 13, depending on the make.

Anyhow, I emailed NDB today about my dodgy charger and I hope I will receive an answer.

Still think Josh should issue a recall.

First of all because it is the responsible thing to do. Secondly, because if he doesn't and one of the dodgy chargers starts a fire, he may face seeing his girlfriend at visiting times only. And I really don't wish him that.

I think he still might have a chance to get things right, but he should do it now and not wait any longer.

I might sound too soft, but hey, I was raised as a Catholic, and even if I am no believer, that forgiveness palaver must have rubbed off on me somehow.

But he needs to issue a recall, if a house burns down it's going to be on his conscience till he dies.

And nobody wants that.
