Why would I want to drive away new customers? Do you think Tesco plastered that they sold horse meat on their homepage and shop doors

Horse meat had no threat of burning someone's house down, or block of flats or wiping out entire families. What you sold is dangerous. That's a fact.

Take my advice, grow up, accept you made a critical error and do the right thing. This could well go to tits and the blood of someone's child will be on your hands.

If that happens, you would be to blame. Let's be frank, you're not exactly a hard man to track down.

I disagree about the Watchdog idea. Whilst there are people not safe we should take every measure possible to make sure they know the risks

Honestly guys, I give up, I've apologised and done everything I can, I expected the majority of you to be more mature than this, if this is what someone gets after they come clean and apologise then it's pretty sad, I've said everything I have to say. Night all

Okay. Now go and put up a recall notice on your website, continue to do the right thing, and wait and see if you can earn any respect from the vaping community in the future. Depending on how you act in the future, you might be forgiven by some, or might not by others. That's life. Respect has to be earned, and is not instantly granted, and some people have long memories.

Some tips for you. Learn some humility. When someone makes an apology, rather than they themselves saying they have balls for doing it as they apologise, it is up to OTHERS to say they have balls for doing it. Don't big yourself up in your own apology for chrissakes! And rather than implying you expected others to immediately forgive you and imply they are immature for not doing so, look in the mirror and decide how mature you have been throughout this train-wreck and how that might justify others attitudes towards you.

As I have said I have messaged all our customers who have purchased i4 chargers since July with instructions on how to check their chargers.

You really can't believe your word holds any weight anymore I'm afraid. Put up a warning for all to see.
