What a fucking shit storm man, the way this whole episode has been handled is utterly appalling.

Stop thinking about your fucking wallet and think about people's safety. You have supplied fuck knows how many customers with knock off, dangerous electrical goods. These people may have wife's, small children, pets and family living in their house. You just have to act on this properly.

Are you even aware that many people set up email addresses to buy things online that they don't monitor? People often do this so their personal emails don't get spammed. Sending a email out alone is not good enough man. You should be sitting down with a pen a paper and making a note of every single person that's every purchased a charger from you and calling them one by one, refunded the lot of them. You simply do not know how many are fake, all nitecore chargers from you need to be re called. It's not a game, you should be acting on this immediately rather than pissing around on here trying to defend yourself.

How many nitecore chargers have you sold wholesale? These shops have sold on those chargers to the public, of whom they do not have their contact details to offer the re call. A really fucking stupid move dude.

Get that recall on your website now, you cannot be fucking around with this matter.

I am sure you are aware of the recent POTV Charity auction in aid of a kids hospice that has raised £4k - I think that as a gesture of goodwill to show your true feelings, that a donation of say a days profit from you would go some way in making amends here and probably offer some closure to this situation.

What do you think the best option is a: email everyone who has ordered an i4 Charger, b: plaster a notice on the website for a recall which will deter new customers but also won't be seen by any one time purchasers who doesn't re visit the site frequently?

A...would be a start .
B i doubt will deter a new customer. if i seen a recall i would think ,serious vender knows of an issue and is dealing with it.
Either way you need to do a recall and NOW.

If I was the charity I wouldn't want his money knowing it could have come from a house that next week burns down and kills 2 small children and parents plus he loves his money too much to part with it that's why people are still owed refunds [emoji23]

Not only that but regardless of what he contributes to anything he's still a shit talking thief and that won't be settled with a charitable contribution to anything.
