In all honesty no, our sales haven't dipped much maybe by £50 a day, were still well over the 120 orders a day mark but that's besides the point, if this is how your all going to react after I've apologised then I truly don't know what else to do, I'm trying my best here to sort things out, we have emailed all purchasers of nitecore i4 chargers in the past 4 months that haven't already made a complaint with instructions on how to check and how to get in touch for a replacement, is all this hate really necessary? Everything I said in my previous post was the truth.

I am sure you are aware of the recent POTV Charity auction in aid of a kids hospice that has raised £4k - I think that as a gesture of goodwill to show your true feelings, that a donation of say a days profit from you would go a long way in making amends here and probably offer some closure to this situation.

What do you think the best option is a: email everyone who has ordered an i4 Charger, b: plaster a notice on the website for a recall which will deter new customers but also won't be seen by any one time purchasers who doesn't re visit the site frequently?

Do BOTH. New customers might respect that kind of thing, seeing a vendor going out of his way to sort out problems. It's not rocket science.

Also, seeing as how you SPAM the inbox of people who have used your site, consider some of them might have blocked emails from you...

I think it's because it's quite clear you are desperately trying to salvage something of your utterly ruined reputation rather than showing any genuine contrition. After all, this apology has only come after indifference to the facts, bullying, bragging about how invincible your "empire" was, lying, blackmail, censorship and other underhanded tactics failed. Go away, you're finished.
