I'm always straight with you guy's so to let you know I've had to report this to trust pilots compliance team as it does not seem right that customers are still being dupped into purchases until this is sorted.
Apologies if this offends anyone but I couldn't sleep well last night knowing I could have done something.

I noticed the pictures were the same but put the different font down to me being bit of a luddite....looks like someone's playing silly buggers!

Thats because @Huggett has an Android phone and he's set the text to display in that font - It overrides the normal font...

Customers are entitled to the truth, be it good or bad. NDB seem determined to hide his.

I have an iPhone , I stole that screenshot as it was being passed around another group. And cropped it due to having the persons personal details (Facebook name).

Appreciate it. As I'm not a customer it's not appropriate for me to report to trading standards but trust pilot is within the internet world and I'm clearly not seeing an appropriate reaction from them. I wouldn't ever be snide so I just wanted to make it clear why and that I have reported this.
