Long story short, my deck has no grub screws. There's two spares in the bag but that's it.
Is there a way I can build on it using just two screws or will I just have to put it to one side until I can get replacements?

Does it come with a single coil adapter?

I'm pretty certain it doesn't as I ordered one yesterday but just badger FT for the screws

Naw no coil adaptor with it. Took the screws round a few shops today hoping to get something similar but no luck.

Bugger! That must be frustrating, looks a great tank. I guess an online screw specialist is worth a try, will sure get here quicker than FT anyway

It's my first rta and i have a few days off. Was really looking forward to having the time off to practise my first builds on it. So it's doubly frustrating. The replacement glass was smashed as well so I'm not having much luck.

I had a Taifun clone come the other day with the glass cracked, second time it's harppened, I swear they're cracked before being dispatched as they're always packed well

They're 2.5mm in diameter grub screws if that's any use to you

Think it's these ones you need but don't hold me to that, I'm usless at this thing

Might be worth picking up allen keys too, the one's you usually get are normally too small & bugge rup the cheese grub screws

I got the one with the black glass tank included. I dunno how it's broken because there's no damage to the box at all! You might be right about it being sent out damaged!

Good call on the screws, I measured them and it looks to be 2.5mm by 3mm. I've ordered a few off ebay to see.

Yeah, I don;t think quality control's their strong point

I had a right pain in the arse with grub screws last night, one got stuck in my Cthulhu post, the little bugger had stripped & wouldn't come out. The supplied Allen was sound for the other 3 screws but was just spinning in the little bugger. Luckily I had a little multi tool that did the job but I was pretty pissed off for a bit

Had a similar problem with them when I purchased a goblin mini. The screws kept spinning and would not tighten which caused my tank to always keep short circuiting. They sent me some crappy replacement deck to solve the problem.

@vapemac Did you manage to get your Diablo all sorted mate?

Mine's arrived today & just having a look at it & everything looks fine, the glass is maybe a bit too tall for the tank & the replacement Brahma Bull glass I brought with it is definatly too tall, the chimney won't connect! Shame really as it'd look kick ass
