Wouldn't It be a revolution if there was such a device that could deliver nicotine without combustion that mimics the act of smoking with the added benefit that means the nicotine wasn't as addictive or infact not addictive and didnt cause any second hand side effects. The WHO and the world health authorities and governments would jump at that possibility.
