First custard

Made my first 4 custard recipes today how long do custards normally take to hit peak flavour is my question?

1 of my mixs is

Fa- condensed milk 0.5%
Fa-fresh cream 1%
Fa-vienna cream 1%
Fa- marshmellow 0.5
Cappella custard v1 5%
Tpa Cheese cake 1%
Cappella butter cream 0.5%
Cappella Vanilla bean ice cream 1.5%

First time playing with custards so it may turn out yucky yet lol

ive never mixed before but normally custards need a good 2-3 weeks in the dark. remove cap a few times and squeeze the air out and put back in the dark.

I would go a minimum of 3 weeks with a custard

TBH with the amount of creams in your mix i would say 4 weeks min but thats me some people love fresh mixed custards so i would
give it 10 days then have a little try and see.

Ill leave it 3 weeks and then check it if its not right ill try another 2weeks. I know its complex for first try with custards, but ive just tryed making it like id make a complex fruit mix. 1 of the mixs has 11 concentrates in that might be a 2month steep lol

Im the same i love creamy stuff, so wana the mixs is a stawberry milkshake and the other a blueberry cheese cake. Still gota find a use for this dulce de luch yet lol
