First time mixing.

I have some premixed 70 vg 30 pg 8 mg base liquid.

If I add 8 ml and 2 ml pg flavours what will my end vg / pg mix be?

First mixes have been bourbon and coke

1ml (out of the 8ml) would be 0.7ml vg. 0.7x8 = 5.6ml vg, the other 2ml (flavouring) is just pg so 5.6 out of 10mls would be vg, which is 56%. I think...

I got 56:44 vgg which matches the 1st reply (with a slight typo ) with a final nic concentration of 0.64% (6.4mg\mL)

Ok so to increase my vg what would be the best way? Not too bothered about dropping nicotine as using subtank anyway. If I add 1 ml of vg that would make it 64%vg right? Or 2 ml would be 7.2? But would I jeopardise flavour and how much of a nic drop would I be looking at?

If you are still making 10ml, 7ml of of your nic base, + 1ml of vg and 2ml flavour will give you a 59:41 ratio; 6ml base + 2ml vg + 2ml flavour will give you 64:38 at 5.6 and 4.8 mg/mL respectively.

There are plenty of mixing calculators (Potv has one), but it is pretty basic maths. If you have a 70:30 nic base, then each millilitre of base contains 0.7ml vg and 0.3 ml pg, so 6ml will be 4.2 ml vg (0.7 x6) and 1.8 ml (0.3 x6) pg. Adding 2ml vg and 2 ml pg flavour will then make it up to 6.2 ml vg and 3.8 ml pg, so a 62:38 ratio.
As you are using 6ml of 8mg/ml base you will have 6x8 mg ( 48 mg) nic in a final vol of 10 ml so a final concentration of 4.8 mg/ml
