Flat wire coil attempt, critique.

Made a flat coil using 25awg Ni80 wrapped around a 3mm screwed driver, pulsed at 20w and it heats from the centre out. Wicked up with 3mm BPMODS cotton. The Arcanes deck is alot easier to build using flat wire, theres a some wiggle room adjusting the leg lenght to get the correct height. This was my second attempt as the firsted i failed the wrapping. The Ni80 heats up much quicker then the Kanthal twist.

The hardest part in wrapping the flatwire is seeing it, it was really hard to even see how many coils I'd done.

I'm fine with darker wire some thing about the shiney Nichrome flat wire boogles my eyes cant tell how its wrapping.

Its painfull having to use tweezers, so my mate tells me lol.

Finally dual coiled the Arcane 13 with flatwire 25awg Ni80 with 6 wraps came out at 0.22ohms, I'm using 60watts. Way better flavour having the two coils next to the air intakes and I can drip between the coils into the juice well. It's running like a little champion happy days!
