2.5-10% flavour for me, sometimes but rarely 15%. Flavourart I start at 2.5%, it's strong and intense stuff, the best by miles. Mom and Pop is good as well, mostly at 7.5 - 10%.

I'd say that 25% is too much. At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference, but it is possible to over-flavour your juice. As of right now, I mix anywhere from 10-15% in total.

What should also be taken into account is the brand of flavour concentrate, for example FlavourArt tend to be stronger
than the other brands and require a lower percentage.

When I started, I mixed at about 20% but it got lower over time and I actually could taste the flavour better once I got to around the 15% mark.
