Guys I recently purchased some concentrates and one has black bits floating in it, I contacted the company and was told it's perfectly normal as all Mom and Pops tobacco concentrates are natural extraction and they are all like it.
Not had a NET concentrate before, does this sound right?

Ps excuse my manky bitten nails [emoji15]

not used them b4 what temperature has it been stored at somewhere cold ?
try heating it tepid hot and give it a good shake [ curiosity ]

I've just checked the bottles I have, mainly Haze, Praze and Dolce. None of them have floaters, The Conspiracy is a bit manky cloudy, but no actual floaters that I can see. I would email M&P direct in the US, and see what they say.
The Citrus is the only M&P tobacco juice that I don't like.

Thanks for the reply guys, the email I got was a bit of a brush off to be honest, they did offer to refund if I send them back but if they are useable then I will?

I had some Mom and Pop Tobacco RYO, full of crud, was given some bullshit reason and sent a replacement bottle that was exactly the same.I think it was old stock, just not a popular flavour.

I actually posted about it, there are some pics

All my other Mom and Pops tobacco's are fine, the RY04 got a bit ropey after a while. As already said, Praze, Blaze (Haze) and Dolce are all good.
