That's the box it came in and I'm pretty sure I got it from M Vapes in UK.

Aye, I saw that some paces had them listed as “SXK Ultron corolla”. Maybe they changed the branding at some point and also changed the box.

It's always been the SXK Ultron Corolla v1.5, I think Ultron are a design team or something. They have their name on the SXK Ultron stabwood mods too.
No idea on the box thing, I've only ever seen the rubberized/textured card boxes, that's what all mine came in and what Matt shows in the m-vapes video.
