My new Fortune 18650 Mod in brass, with a Kayfun Lite Plus V2 in Nano kit form on top and a Signature Tips pyrex and brass drip tip. Fitted with one of the medium thickness magnets from the set supplied from Fortune, and a Panasonic 2900mAh NCR18650PF. The Kayfun is built with a 1.5 Ohm microcoil, wicked with Muji cotton and filled with Fizzy Trifle from Triphammer.
The Fortune performs really well, on a par with my Stingray X and is a joy to use. For £60 for the Fortune mod, supplied with 2 x buttons, several different thicknesses of magnets, spare insulators, grub screws and even an allen key, you just couldn't go wrong. The machining on the Fortune is flawless and the engraving on the front is subtle and lovely. Of the two buttons supplied with it, one is plain, brushed brass, and the other is brushed brass with the words 'Limited Edition' engraved on it.
Anyone in the market for an original, understated mech mod, made in small quantities in the UK, should seriously have a look at what Fortune Mods have to offer.
Apologies for the poor quality photo from my phone, which isn't doing the mod justice.
