Not really, it can be refilled and recharged but you have to throw it when the coil is fried, and as the refillable capacity is tpd complaint it's a TPD Compliant loadsapuffs, if the coil doesn't bite the big one a bit earlier than you thought, disposable.

Hopefully anybody that considers buying one may have a brainstorm and realise they can buy a pod system where they can do the same thing and only throw away the pod or a coil...

It's all about as clear as mud.

I wonder who is responsible for adverts complying with the law, just the one placing them or also the platform the advert is on.
In the interests of fairness I would argue that being refillable and rechargeable takes it out of the single use category.
The blurb says it`s compliant, at the end of the day everything we use is disposable, the difference is in how things are disposed of.

Voopoo are the least trustworthy company in my experience, I wouldn't believe anything in their blurb.
Including the 700 puff rating tbf.

If a voopoo representative told me water is wet or fire is hot I'd still check their facts before I trusted it.

I think even the term "disposable" over something like "single use" is contributing to the problem with these things.
the term disposable is subconsciously more linked to throwing something away than recycling it properly.

Once you get a bug up your arse with a company nothing they say or do is right.

To my thinking disposable means you dispose of something at the end of its` working life, single use means you dispose of it after one use.

I`m not meaning to be argumentative, but IMO we are talking semantics.

Oh yeah I make no secret of the fact I am heavily biased against voopoo, as far as I'm concerned they can get fucked.

What I meant with the word disposable wasn't anything to do with the literal definition of the word, just that when I hear the word disposable my first thought is throw away.
Maybe it's just me, it was just a random thought.

It's also got fuck all to do with POTV's stance when it comes to disposables...

recycling it properly

i’ve asked a few times and nobody has been able to suggest a way to recycle them properly. i can only assume it can’t be done unless the user takes it apart and recycles the recyclable components separately and throws the rest away.
