Thanks, I was thinking of e-lquid capacity, only had a quick read but don't see that mentioned.

ah, i get you. i would think it would be a given that unlawful devices wouldn’t be able to be advertised in the small range of places where advertising is permitted.

Hard to say as quite often the maker's blurb used on vendor sites mentions different tank sizes even if the vendor is only selling the TPD version plus afaik there's no law against selling a larger tank glass or conversion thingy thank goodness.

Yeah, but the last thing we want is non-TPD compliant disposables being advertised on a UK forum. You know, the ones in excess of 20mg, and more than 600 puffs.

If those sort of non-compliant disposable ads appear, you can bet this forum will end up in the same fate as the other one that got closed down and told never to discuss it for fear we may end up being closed too.

I doubt they will appear, if by any chance the odd one does just report it and Im sure a mod will remove it

Where does the 600 puff limit come from?
That voopoo bullshit from last week was supposedly rated for 700

600 is supposedly the maximum amount of puffs you can get out of a 2ml closed pod (non-refillable). Therefore, disposables have to follow the same rule. Anything advertising itself as more than this, is not classed as TPD compliant. Another giveaway is when they advertise a huge battery capacity which is way in excess of whats needed for 600 puffs :18:
