Genuine PIONEER4YOU IPV4 100W Variable Wattage Box Mod
Pre Ordered april 21st just got an email today saying that they cant get them...They've had my money (along with everyone else s) sitting in their bank account and are now offering "goods to the value of " or a refund to something called a "UK Wallet " which sounds similarly like a fasttech gift certificate....I have the alternative to wait another five days to get my money back to my paypal account, But I've been charged by paypal twice for the currency exchange once for sterling to US $ then the same on the way back...So I've lost out to the fact that they were taking money for goods that they cant deliver... :(

I'm not really that happy with gearbest, my last order included a wooden mod stand but it came with a stock sticker on it that when I tried to remove took the varnish off as well, now this carry on.....I think I'll stick to Fasttech, at least you actually get what you pay for...

Their site is saying early May for it? I think stock to the UK been massively delayed as well. Is this the vendor's fault or Pioneer4You for not managing to get them out of the factory quick enough? If it was me I would be asking them when the stock is coming in. I think this should be a message to everyone about the whole pre-order thing, sometimes they fuck up.

I ordered the ipv4 on 4/4/15 and still waiting but to be fair it's not gb's fault it's green leaf who keep pushing back the release date.last i heard it was a problem with the battery door scratching the device.although a bit peeved at waiting this long i know it's out of gb's hands and they have given me the option to wait, get a refund or choose another item.i chose to wait as i really wanted the ipv 4.

The Cowboys of The East

I'm not posting this to tell anyone where to spend their money, I'm simply filtering back my recent experience with two transactions that I have been less than satisfactory.

On Wednesday 29th of July I had purchased one of the IPV3 Li deals where you basically got 50% off if you were one of the first 10 people to place the order at 8pm (China time). Having completed the transaction, I find out the following day that they had yet again completely screwed up the promotion threshold and were refunding as they would not honour the additional transactions.

The simple fact is that this practice is intentional. It is very simple to set up the threshold in the backend of the system to only accommodate specific numbers of said deal. The money shouldn't even be transferring until such time as the order is confirmed to go in to packaging. It's all a ruse to get people to purchase items, then offer incentives to make another purchase once the deal item has been cancelled, and continue the cycle of generating payments and holding on to the funds. It's an absolutely pathetic business practice that I will never for any reason get myself involved with again.

I was even offered a sample IPV3 LI, which although kind, I rejected outright. I am not accepting free items, I just want the item I had made payment for. I allowed the Support Team to put through another order for me, told it was sorted and was going in to shipping, and 4 days later, still sitting there like a dead duck. Requested yet again another refund as I had enough at this point, and that has now completed. This was not before sending me 18, yes, that is 18, e-mails of varying degrees of confirmation that the refund was being issued.

It's a Mickey Mouse outfit. From the warehousing issues, stock and supplier issues, system integration, and the continual falsehood of their advertising and promotions, this is a company that I would never contemplate purchasing from again.

Rant over!

I ordered a X CUBE II and been trying to find out WHEN its going to be sent, kept sending them a PM asking for any news on my order... Well today i got sent a tracking No. So when i checked by login in to my gearbest account its still saying "processing".... WTF! Is going on? Why can't they just be honest and truthfull?... Yes i know we're getting products cheaper but i think i'd rather pay full price and not have all the hassle

Hi Joe - I can never get the gearbest tracking page to work properly, but if I input the tracking number into the Track17 website it always comes up with the goods :)

They come across as incompetent - but well meaning in the way whatserface replies to posts with patience.

They've still some way to go before they plummet to the depths occupied by a certain UK ecig store.

I know what you mean, I think gearbest try but mess up and the store you're on about don't even bother trying.

If it wasn't for whatserface I'm pretty certain nothing would ever get done at that company.
