In our system you are required to pay two up front fees. The first is the franchise fee, which is $25,000. The second fee is our required make ready package, the fee for this is $49,500. This package contains everything you need to open your store. This includes a neon sign, fixtures, furniture, POS system which includes inventory tracking, marketing materials, and opening inventory. We give you enough opening inventory to completely recapture your initial investment! So your upfront costs you pay to us total $74,500. We do have an ongoing royalty of 6.5% and a National ad fund of 1%. Those are all the fees and royalties we ever collect from you."
Sooo, you have to buy glycerin (with their proprietary kosher protein), and hardware they choose from their warehouse. This is to "buffer" you from the "unreliable" Chinese suppliers.
It only costs $74,500 with on ongoing slice of profits at 7.5%. If you like working with vampires it'll be fine
