Going to throw aga t2 out the window

Its still just as bad. Think i might go back to the protanks and shove this up for sale or swaps. Not worth the hassle and i love the protanks more.

Strange ? I always put the spring method on the post with a washer on the top of spring, it closes down the distance between the post and wick, never fails on my 3 aga,s ? or have I just been lucky ??

To be fair, the aga t2 is not the easiest of atomizers to work with. It's been a bit of love/hate for me, its spent more time in a cupboard than it has in use and I've only just recently, after 12 months of trying every now and then, got it to perform well.

Could it be your liquid? I have a dripper and a genesis and I found my liquid was giving a burnt taste on them. Rebuilt them quite a few times before trying other liquids and they've been fine since. Can't work out why but that particular liquid just burns on them.

Saying that with the juice I use peach in my aga, and I bought a strawberry flavour from the same juice maker, exactly the same nic and ratio and my vapor production was really poor compared to my peach, anyone explain that?

That was the number one issue with the aga-t's... for a genesis to work proper, the wick hole should be exactly in the middle of the positive post and the negative screw so there is the same amount of distance for both legs.

I haven't used a aga-t in a long time, but when I did I would also mess with the washer method to kill that top hot leg. Also, pulling your mesh crooked so the top is closer to the positive post works good as well. If you bend it correctly, there will be the same amount of distance from the wick to both connections.

Or you could just throw it out the window, lol.

Also, try out the pulse method if you haven't yet. Sometimes torching a SS mesh wick can give a bad taste. The pulse method is far less invasive and only oxidizes the mesh where it's needed... which is were the coil is touching.

I'm guessing your positive your cable is SS and not galvanized to right? If it is, that can give a bad taste (and also is poisonous).
