2 days into this with vape emporium VE GO. I can see that this option must be better than the cigs, but I guess we don't really know much about long term effects of vaping? What do you guys think? Having said that at the moment not smoking cigs is great

The " we dont know about the long term effects " is so anti-vaping.

These things have been around, mainstream, since 2003ish and not a single death or illness has ever been directly linked. Medical terms, long term is a year and many vapers, myself included, are well past the "long term" stage and have suffered no ill side affects. There is the odd one here and there but those are side effects attributed mostly to the PG in e-liquid (which has been studied for well over 40 years) same for VG and even nicotine.



I think that not smoking is great, vaping is better than smoking, and I am happy I made the switch and that each day I vape is a day without a cig, which means a day longer living life.

Lol, I don't mean to sound like an anti vaper so sorry, but you make some good points, iam very new to it, iam sure I ll learn more about vaping as time rolls on

you will buddy you'll start to feel the health benefits soon you'll be able to breathe and you'll be able to taste and smell properly - I think my immune system has improved also as I was a heavy smoker before 50 a day and always got about 3 bad lung infections every winter this winter I have had one very mild cold the mildest I can remember and to be honest the menthol in my vape helped a lot with my symptoms.
Its all good buddy enjoy it.

I didnt mean you per say, its just a thing we keep hearing over and over again from the Anti-smoking/Anti-Vaping advocates... they really want to believe we're all uneducated and stupid
