This is the third time we have had this happen.
1 with a juice vendor and twice with hardware.
Wouldn't mind but on the wholesale for these there is ABSOLUTELY NO mention of an RRP and we do not agree of price fixing nor making an extra £40 profit.
It is against Competition Law to price fix.
It sickens me.
Third phone call I've received from 3 seperate suppliers after work times about complaints they've received about us being cheaper.
We won't be ruled by cartel price fixing.
We would rather go back to just selling our juice

this really pisses me off.
ive heard similar has happened to a couple of juice vendors with ugly verbal phone threats from here and america and then court threats just because said persons were selling under the rrp. the excuse was complaints from other vendors who were losing money so original manuacturer had to act on it.

We know this.
There was no advertised RRP either.
We are allowed to sell the ones we have but are not allowed to purchase from them again

Technically they can’t stop you selling it just because you went under the RRP... that could land them in a lot of hot water if you wanted to push it...
