Having Issues With POTV

Site is becoming a real pita, what with either double posting or having to reload a page & then delete what you just posted in this box

My post didnt look like it went through, rather then waiting to try to post again, I opened the section in another tab and it did actually post it first time around.

Thats exactly whats happening to me, the text stays at the bottom like it hasn't posted but if you open another tab or refresh the page it has actually posted.
