Yep I've no doubt it will tarnish up again pretty fast but at least the wet n dry sanding removed some pretty nasty dings and scratches

Unfortunately there was a decent size ding close to the nemesis font and serial number so there was no choice but to remove these.

Yeah I noticed that :/

What I just stick to doing now is polishing the top ring and locking ring, gives it a nice two tone look

I just wipe with a damp cloth to remove the surface crud that builds up

I washed the mod with warm soapy water but the mass wouldn't budge so I decided to use autosol, this removed most of the patina but the finish where the mod had been handled most was different to the rest, i then used a few different wet n dry grades followed by a autosol and finally a cape cod

yep that one was disgusting lol , mine has patina but is clean and even in colour

Received a brass nemesis a couple of days ago as i'm doing a polish as a favour for a user

Different stages of the polish, not quite finished but it's looking pretty good.

As you can imagine this puppy was driving my OCD crazy
