Yep cheers but tbh mainly asking if I can't get a decent SS tank then I'd buy the original SS tank but with the chimney being different size, I need to know if the threads are the same and the size of the SS tank.

Yeah know what you mean as the top cap in the clone is not recessed like the original but in thinking it should fit but will see

ebayhomepc original tank on clone base and topcap plus the chimney threading matches as well but there are so many chimny bits in the box I cant remember what one is what as I have a mixed up setup on mine at the mo lol but once the nano is hear ill be able to confirm

Update: what ive just worked out is that the juice chanel part of the chimney is shorter so it compensates for the added room of the non recessed top cape if that makes sense? Lol

Edit so the top part of the clone chimney is shorter then the original but the threaded part is larger so it still reaches the top of the original? If that makes sense

3mm silica 5wraps .2 kanthal, could of done with the tails a bit longer with my fat fingers

wrap the legs of the first one at least a full turn and a bit, that way the buggers going no where, also wrap em from the inside of the posts out as this helps the wick stay in the channels and not want to pop out so much

then attach the other the same way and trim the tails and tidy the coils up

then whack it on a mod and check the coils glow even

then soak the silica in juice and trim the wicks so they just meet the base, tad to long and the buggers want to pop out, I use a small Phillips to push them right in

once all in pop that chimney on quick
