Hello everyone.

So after smoking for 16 years and my husband tolerating it for 10. He’s had enough!

We decided that I should begin to Vape instead. All was going well with my shiny new Vaporesso Luxe Nano Skarr. Then I started to get that burned taste that was ‘easily’ resolved by replacing the coil. (Before I did this I went back on the cigarettes for a week).
Now today I’ve got back on track changed it and it doesn’t work!!!

Now I’m basically asking for someone to give me the exact numbers of everything I need to have in the settings. I’ve played about so much it’s ruined. I’m getting no consistent vapour, just some splatters.

Have I broken it? Maybe i should have bought an easier vape?

Hi @Rhiana Courlander and welcome to the planet.

ive not got that kit but i do have to full size luxe kit but settings might be slightly different.

with the luxe and skrr you should be in power / wattage mode as those coils are for wattage only.
could you post a picture of the screen and one of the settings screen.
while you wait for owners to reply have a look at some of these videos.

thanks for the pics. its the first one you need VWN is variable wattage normal. i think that mod has a setting for soft, normal, hard.

just checking mine. so best way to get back to wattage is
3 clicks on fire button to unlock then 3 taps on V on the screen to get into menu.
top left is what you need.

@MrDJ thank you so much for your help. My vwn doesn’t have those options I have the option of 5 - 80.

@Smokeandsteam thank you, I did a lot of research and this looked like a great one. To be honest I just think I’m out of my depth with Vape knowledge, haha. I can’t seem to figure it out at all. Maybe it’s broken? But most likely it’s me!

Update! I’ve just found something amazing! The default button,haha. I think it’s working again now. Still a bit harsh for my liking but it’s better than yesterday. I have the vwn on 35 and the rest is I assume, is as it came.

Being a ex smoker myself 20 a day..I found mouth to lung vaping most replicated the smoking sensation..And enabled me to quit smoking..
I vape a 12mg nicotine 50pg-50vg eliquid using 1.2ohm to 1.6ohm coils and vaping at 10-11 watts..perfect like smoking for me..I use a innokin zenith tank and 1.6ohm mtl coils.

What strength level nicotine are you vaping? Id say if it’s above 6mg then that might be the cause of the harshness. The luxe is a direct to lung device and normally you’d use a 3mg strength nic in there

you are getting there.
the 5-80 is the wattage range of that mod. i have the bigger luxe and mine is 5-220
as far as i know there are still only 2 coils available for the skrr tank
QF MESSHED 0.2 = 50-80W
QF STRIP 0.15 = 50-80W
tbh i cannot tell any difference in flavour between them. i run both at 65watts

just checked the menu where i mentioned soft, normal, hard. im a bit confused as the N means normal but i cant find on this mod if or where you can change to soft which might have been a little easier on the throat.
i only thought this mod would have had that option as their previous mod the polar does have it.
