Hello and directecigs question

Hello there folks :-)
This is my first question to the forum!
Has anyone had any experience using directecigs.co.uk?
I ordered some juices off them over a week ago and my order is still pending, and they aren't answering any emails?
Just wondering if anyone has used them in the past?

If you're going to cancel your order, I'd also check your bank account - be careful with cancelling the order if they've already taken payment as it might be difficult to get it back. Keep us posted on how you get on

Luckily I paid through PayPal and the payment is still pending, so will contact PayPal if nothing else happens in the next few days and get it investigated, thanks to all for the advice so far, much appreciated :-)
