Hello, new user... I need help

haveing issues with drag 2 for the last 2 days bought it two days ago... the local store is not much help and tech support is slow to be forthcoming but I'm hopeful they will do the right thing...

I'm wondering if there are others haveing issues with the drag2 not fireing. Everything seems to work in it but it won't fire... whe the shop re did the software it fired for about two seconds and then stoped they did this about 4 times. Anyone have a solution.

I've got the best solution make that store take it back and give you another 1!!!! I can't believe you took it back they couldn't get it working and your still in possession of a 2 day old faulty mod FFS take it back and demand a replacement or refund!!!

Have you tried it with various tanks to rule out the tank? Could be the mods inbuilt protections preventing it from firing due to a faulty tank or coil.

To make it worse I'm not getting much communication from the company that made it either "Voopoo". Which is why I'm looking high n low for a solution.

When I bought it, I was told it was a really great vape and the company was solid and had great customer service. So far Non of this is my experience.
