wow, nice one. a very well know label indeed.
sadly i was one of the first in the uk back in the late 80's to be made an example off thanks to the ruddy home office. the station was raided with me on the decks and on my own in the studio. i cant mention the station as back then it was a pirate but theve got a licence now and are massive.
taken to court and will never forget what the judge said to me. sir you have committed a very very serious crime here and must pay for it. me being me semi laughed and said all i was doing was playing records. because i said that i also got 6 months prison suspended but the worst bit was a £1500 fine and back then i was on £50 a week. mum paid in the end otherwise i would of gone down.

aha i think i know the station your talking about...yea it was pretty crap back in the 80s with thatcher and all her rave polotics..i remember watching a great documentary about them times...all we wanna do is dance!!! salute to you anyway whats your dj name or cant you say ..i go under the name statix
