Just bought my first ecig after hearing how successful they have been for other people and after many, many failed attempts to give up the fags. So far so good apart from a bit of a dry throat. I'm looking forward to participating in the forums although all the techy stuff goes straight over my head so I won't be making anything myself

Thank you. I have a Vapouriz Tank and that's about as technical as I get. I did some online research and got really confused. Went to the electric tobacconist and bought the most reasonably priced one that looked ok. Luckily it seems fine so I'm happy

Aloha love, yeah PG can dehydrate you, just make sure you have plenty fluids (I find icewater the best (1/3 fill a water bottle and leave on its side in freezer overnight, big ice all the way down one side keeps it nice and cool for ages)) and happy vaping

Yeah lots water and herbal tea for me. If that's the only annoying effect I can live with it. It's been nine hours since my last cigarette and I've just given my left over papers, etc, away. I can't believe that I've already stopped coughing

I can second that about the water I got bad headaches and dry throat when I started vaping but just uped my fluid intake and fine now
