Hellvape MTL Clapton coils

Just noticed these coils on Cremedevape. 1.8 Kanthal and 1 ohm NI80. Anyone tried them?

For what its worth i looked when you posted but don't really do kanthal or ni80 unless it's plain kanthal.
I'm almost exclusively a ss316 vaper.

Plain round wire coils are absolutely fine for MTL. I don't find claptons make much difference really. It may make some difference to certain flavours and bring out certain aspects of more complex ones.

I use Claptons in my vapeshell and integra and get lovely results. Sometimes use fused mtl Claptons too. I do feel I get better results. However, in the kflite19 and others I use plain ni80. I do t really like kanthal as I prefer the quicker ramp up and I like my vape warm. Never got on with SS though in both plain and Clapton varieties.
Some swear there’s no difference though.

Love that comment coming from a clapton coil maker. I doubt the Hellvapes will be the same quality as yours btw

I gave up on them pretty quick. With the 1 ohm I couldn't get a stable resistance and the 1.8 was just too high for me.
