Help with DNA 30 18650 mod

if you go clone chip its about £13 from fasttech a dna 25 chip will be about £30 from somewere like stealthvape and a dna 30 chip was about £40 the last time i saw one for sale and as for getting it rebuilt i was told about £65 including chip price cheaper buying a new one from ft

True but then you end up with a good device with a genuine chip a lot cheaper than the authentic / authentic ;-)

Hi Vaperoonies,

I just put a coil on my cloupor dna 30 but I accidentally had the watts super low and the coil at around 2.

It came up and said too hot then smoke came out but the battery seems OK.

I've changed battery but every Atty I add now says Shorted.

Is this fixable do we think?

(sods law my new wrap came for it today)

sounds like the chip has fried - sell it on ebay - peeps always looking for the enclosures and the buttons and USB charge port alone are worth it in dosh for a buyer (hmm I think I've said that about 10 times on this forum now ;-)

Thanks but I don't have a soldering iron and I can't even work out how to remove the red perspex without breaking it.

get a knife small flat screwdriver or even a craft knife then wedge it under the bit were the wire comes out red or black or even the middle but if using the craft knife and then tease it up it will be held on with the hot glue underneath

yeh they are a tw*t to get off - i used Acetone and white spirit but still broke 2 of em - gently eaaaase don't bend too far - more acetone, beeeend geeently - crack - ahh sh*te

ahh you don't need it,

or just cut a bit o plastic

they also superglue back together ;-)
