Seen this on Vapourhut over the weekend and for £24.99 thought I`d take a punt.
Half expected it to be a steel tank with a viva nova in there.

Delivered this morning and how wrong was I, the quality for a clone is very good.
Not sure which Manufacture made this but its all stainless steel and No chrome plated brass anywhere.

Did change 2 o rings that the tank sits on as the tank was loose fiiting, but its a clone at the end of the day.

The bass is 20x1mm threaded so it fits nicely on paps,gus & jm22 tubes to name a few.
Bonus it comes with a 510 base so I could use it on my Dicodes Dani.

Anyway coiled and wicked with cotton yarn and vapes away quite nicely.

What "o" rings did you use (I had read elsewhere that they could do with being changed, but no one knew what size to use).
If it turns out to be as good as people say I will buy an original IF they are ever in stock again!!!

Used the o rings from a kayfun clear tank section for the heron tank section.
Fasttech versions now have better o rings for the tank section too.
It's a good vape to be honest even for a clone, will probably end up buying the original version at some point.

Reason I never bothered with the original is that I didn't want to use filler material in an over grown spheroid.
I went down the Mister hybrid route and didn't pay much attention then to the heron or its production updates. It was only after watching a review of the heron I released they had updated it before realise to use a micro coil with the cotton top and no filler.

Bought the Mister 510 when it came out and it was only after seeing the heron clone for pennies I thought it was worth a punt.

Worked out pretty well this clone because I wouldn't have been looking to buy an original otherwise.

And hence why sometimes clones work

if this thing is anything like as good as the original - it wee's all over a kayfun.

even if the clone is only proportionally better than a kayfun clone, it will be good

Clones have there place even if it's just a stepping stone to the real deal.

As for the heron clone vs kayfun clones, my money is on the heron clone for vape quality.
