Mike here, just joined the world of vaping so thought id join here to make sure I get the most out of it.

Ended up buying a cybercig starter kit. Mate at work has gad one for a while and they seem durable. Heard stories of some clearomisers lasting only a couple of days. Think they are just badged generic kit, but seems to be doing the job.

Small question though. Ive been puffing away on it for24 hours, im getting vapour but im surprised how little fluid is being used. How much fluid is it normal to use daily? (I know it depends on how much its hanging out your mouth, but for instance, for the average smoker smoking 20/day what sort of use (of nic24 fluid) would you expect to get through??

Anyway, hope to be hanging around for a while, really would like to kick the cigs.

You might go through about 2 to 3 ml a day maybe more depending on how much your vaping on it and also the nic strength will determine this too. the higher nic level will mean you only need smaller puff to stop your cravings

Hello and welcome GuerillaGorilla, what nicotine level is your juice? If you vape with higher nic juice, your body will tell you if you vape too much, you may find you get a 'nicotine headache' or start feeling a bit nauseous, common signs of too much nicotine. If you get that, just stop vaping for a while. If you use lower nicotine levels, your body may be craving more, so you can feel like you're vaping continuously.

I would say that to start with, however much you need to use to keep you off the fags is fine.

I generally get through about 3ml a day. (Give or take).

If you are vaping as you would smoke - 10 puffs then leave it for an hour or so, 0.75 to 1ml is about right if the eliquid is 70PG / 30VG

However if you change the e-liquid or start chain vaping as I have you can go through lots more
