What's new

Hi everyone. Greetings from the South Coast.

Evening all. It's been about a couple of weeks since I got my startup gear. The shop i originally ordered from said they were out of stock of the ego in black, so, impatient bstard that I am, I found a shop stall in Hounslow that sold me an ego vv for thirty six quid with a ce4 clearo. It's made by liberty flights. Are they ok? Or are the Joytech ones better? I dunno. The guy said it was 1300mAh and I was drooling to own it so I allowed myself to get stitched up in my anticipation to begin my quest.

He also raped me some gold-silver liquid for £8, and being shy to have unknowing frowns cast upon me, I went outside in the pissing rain to give it a go.

My first vape was a strange affair. I don't know if it was the liquid or just me, but it felt like some sort of nerve gas going down my windpipe and the tip of my tongue tingled like buggery.
thankyou Purplefowler for saying that my tastebuds might do funny things because that advice spurred me on.

I quickly got used to it and now I'm happy to say that I really enjoy it. Probably more than I did the smokes. I've since bought a couple more flavours and my favourite is Cigarillo by El Toro. I got a cake mix flavour which is tasty and one called Troll Snot, which is just weird! Looking forward to trying some more when they start to run low.

I also found that the ce4 that I got makes the liquid go a dark brown colour, which I guess means that it's burning it because the flavour started to get a bit nasty. I bought a Vivi Nova, which totally upgraded my vaping experience! I still get the tingling tongue from time to time, but it's not too bad.

I also bought some boge low resistance cartomisers, but i was alarmed by the loud fizzling, crackling and popping noises. Are they supposed to be like that?

Thanks for reading.

Hello and welcome in.
Great to hear you have kicked the stinkies and decided vaping is the way forward.
In my experience I have used a few different tanks and clearos etc, and not one of them has gone in the bin yet. They are all still functional,I do like to change the coils every few weeks but some I have used for 2 months or so and the coils are still working, not one has popped yet.
Keep on top of cleaning and don't let them run dry and they should serve you well for weeks and weeks.
Look forward to hearing about your new gear, we all benefit from hearing of others experiences.
Good luck, happy vaping!
