So I had been a smoker for 5 years, I know I might catch shit for this (have from every one) I have severe asthma; long story short I was 2 1/2 months premature and my lungs never fully developed. I wanted to quit smoking for a long time but god it was hard. I hated the taste, the smell of butted ciggs. But now I am slowly cutting them out of my life and vaping! I'm still not entirely sure if it's even remotely good for my lungs but it can't be worse. Anyway I'm Katie!

Hello @katie.marie. , Delighted to make your acquaintance !!! Stick with it and you'll notice the Difference Health wise !!! I smoked for 38 Years and was Asthmatic for 25 of those, I've been for Vaping for nearly 6 Years now, and I haven't used my Blue Inhaler for over 3 Years, at My recent Asthma review 6 months ago my scores were so good that I was advised to try and do without my Purple Inhaler, I haven't used it since, and have not had any problems with my breathing !!! When I smoked, I used to wake up at least once or twice a night needing a puff of Ventolin !!!

Hi Katie, keep going and well done for getting this far, similar to Hazza, I haven't needed my blue or purple inhaler for a long long time since vaping, I don't hardly ever get out of breath, (unless I'm chasing the dog lol)

Hi and welcome to the planet Katie. Keep up the good work, this could be a new chapter in your life, good luck.

Hi Katie, well done and keep cutting the ciggies down, as the others have said the benefits of vaping over smoking are brilliant.
