Hmm I only added a single nic shot to this (not salt either) so it's probably at around 30% PG? Maybe it could be a PG problem then. So confusing. I think I'm going to end up doing DIY at this rate. No list of ingredients for the vape either so it could have all sorts of bad stuff in it?

I'm vaping because... reasons + nicotine is incredibly anxiolytic, thinking of buying 7mg patches and cutting them down to 1mg patches though.

you need to add another 3 nic shots
what strength do you normally vape at. as with adding 3 more nic shots it will still only be 3mg final strength.

rule of thumb for 3mg
50ml = add 1 nic shot
100ml = add 2 nic shots
150ml = add 3 nic shots
200ml = add 4nic shots

at the moment with only adding one nic shot the concentrate will be overly strong and can cause some irritation.

the only ingredients will be vg/pg/flavouring

So after coughing my lungs up again last night, I just decided to quit. Chucked all my stuff away, broke my L200 and chucked that too.
