just a quick update on mike, he might & i say just might be allowed home tomorrow, he has an appointment with the deparment that deal with copd on thursday to check & make sure that has got no worse. other than that he is doing ok apart from grumbling he cant have a vape lol, while out i picked up some 88vape menthol nic salt & not had 1 smoke today .

By the way ........ if you can do it when things are stressful, you can clealy do it! Well done, and good luck.

Hi all thanks for the welcome & the get well wishes for mike aka mutley, mike has pheumonia he was on air but is know breathing by himself fingers crossed he will be home mid week.

but wont know until we see the doctor tomorrow will post more when i get more news & at DeeDee yes iam ok thank you ..

Thinking of u and Mutley. Its horrible when OH is ill, i feel lost if Rich has been in hospital. You have to remember to also look after yourself though too. Bug hug x
Congrats on the trying to quit. It can be done, all of us are proof of that.

well mikes back home we got him back home about 6pm & his copd has got no worse, he is how ever still weak & coughing like a good un anyway he went straight to bed closely followed by the cats ps mike says a big thank you to everything for the get well wishes, but does not feel upto coming on here & thanking you all himself just yet

i can be quite determined when i need to be & tbh im a light smoker about 10 a day or less & only smoke when out in the car.

your right its a horrible feeling when they are ill & the worste part i could not do anything to help, but with regarding smoking i will break the habit as i dont enjoy it & dont smoke indoors.
