You can stick 2x26650's in a hammond 1590b + a raptor and efest do a 50amp 26650 4100mah battery. 2c lipo's need a special charger and are not practical.

Well you do seem to be quite a well renowned guy on here for knowing your stuff so ill take your word for the lipos. I wanna try keep as much spare room inside as possible, so would just one of those batteries supply the required power for a good length of time or would it need them both? Or would there be a way to make the insides look really good and worth showing off

I might be wrong but I think you need 2 batteries in series for the raptor chip, still if went with the 2x18650's going to be a lot more practical than a lipo and about the same mah to size ratio. Samung do the 20amp 18650 at 2500mah.
I would go with 18650's or 26650's because they are way more practical than a lipo.

I have a brandnew unopened xtar Sony vtc5 2600 , would that work if I got another, electrickery isn't to my understanding, I can do it, I just cant understand it,
Using 18650 would also open up a bit of space inside, and I could use one of those micro usb inbuilt chargers above,

I have seen a thread in here regarding lipos (think it was a user called Chegs?) And there seems to be a USB based charging solution so probably a similar circuit to the basic lipo chargers.

A google search for lipo box mods throws up diagrams and various sources about them being done,

It comes with an input source.

You just plug in the balance lead and use the supplied plug to power it.

This was meant to be a simple vv box mod. Now its turning into the complete opposite lol
