An extract from an MSN article regarding face masks in the USA (quite interesting article actually) covering views from a a few different people, and the fact that each state has it's own different rules. Regarding David Kaufman is this.
"The bottom line: Neither Dr. Kaufman nor Dr. Keany has received any specific, official guidelines on who would be exempt from wearing a face mask"
I bet he does not have breathing problems........................
